About KMPS

Kent and Medway NHS Payroll Services (KMPS) are hosted by Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust on a consortium basis. We provide a comprehensive payroll, pension and travel and expenses services to a number of NHS organisations across Kent and Medway.

Our dedicated, highly trained staff have many years of experience in managing all aspects of payroll, NHS pension and travel and expenses.

We currently deliver a flexible, reliable and accurate service to 6,000 employees.

Our services include:

  • Full payroll process including period balancing and year end returns
  • Full NHS pension service
  • Management of staff queries
  • Calculation of statutory payments
  • Production of P11ds
  • Full Support to organisation's HR and Finance Departments on all aspects of payroll, pensions and travel and expenses payments.
